Designed for clients not requiring regular managed IT services, our pay-as-you-go plan delivers cost effective, commercial grade IT support and consultancy on demand.
If we are unable to resolve your problems remotely via our help desk, we will arrange for an engineer to visit as soon as possible so your business suffers the least amount of downtime.
Pay As You Go IT support includes:
- On demand on-site support and network administration
- Incident management via service desk usage
- Remote-control support for faster problem resolution
- Reactive resolution of network, server and backup issues
- Hourly rate or fixed price project work
- Remote support charged in 30 minute increments
- No call out fee (minimum 1 hour charge applies)

85% of issues can be resolved over the phone or by remote access within the hour and if required an engineer can be onsite within 4 hours. We offer Fixed Fee or Pay as You Go Support.
Ticket Support System
We understand exactly how important support is to our customers. Our ticket system allows us to investigate any issues and questions whilst letting you carry on with your life as normal – you’re not stuck on hold or queuing!
