In this scenario, we take full responsibility for our clients overall IT requirements, delivering day‐to‐day IT support, and providing long‐term advice regarding IT‐related business issues.
Our Support contracts are offered on a fixed price per PC basis with no usage limitations. We can do this because we know from experience the average amount of support required from most customers. 85% of issues can be resolved over the phone or by remote access within the hour.
All on-site and remote support is included in this package, including unlimited service desk support. We use remote control software to quickly take control of any internet-connected computer, allowing us to fix problems more quickly and reduce down-time.
Fixed cost IT support includes:
