At Westward IT we always prioritize emergencies and aim is to respond as quickly as possible to your emergency, whether you are an existing client or not we will respond as quickly as possible. Even if you already have a person responsible for your IT we can still help.

Westward IT has a service to help build the resilience of your business and prevent an adverse event becoming a disaster. Our Backup and Disaster Recovery system is a combination of daily backup that also ensures rapid recovery in the event of a server failure. Your backup is fully-automated and happens several times per day. Overnight the encrypted daily backup is transferred to our data centre for safe-keeping.

This gives you the peace of mind that you have a regular and automatic backup.

In the event of a server failure or more serious disaster, Westward IT will recover your entire server to new hardware and deliver it to you within hours. Then it’s free on loan until we have your own server running again.
