PHIL LACEY joins Westward IT as technical director.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Phil Lacey as our new technical director and eighth member of the Westward IT team. Phil has been providing professional IT support and consultancy services in the South West for 10 years – firstly as a systems engineer with Active Computing and latterly as the IT Manager for The Travel Chapter Group, one of the UK’s premier holiday cottage rental agencies, where he was responsible for the deployment and support of network infrastructure, servers and telephony across the organisation. Prior to his appointment at TTC, Phil ran BlueWave IT Services – a Bideford based supplier of  support and consultancy services whose client base was previously acquired by Westward IT in 2012. In his role as technical director, Phil is responsible for our technical services delivery and also serves as our lead consultant in the areas of replication, disaster recovery and VoIP.

Our aim is to provide a service that allows you to focus on your business not the technology.
